全国政协十一届一次会议第四次全体会议采访规定

　　3月13日下午3时，全国政协十一届一次会议第四次全体会议在人民大会堂举行，会议的主要议程是选举政协第十一届全国委员会主席、副主席、秘书长和常务委员。中外记者均可进行采访。为保障会议顺利进行，请记者注意以下事项：

　　一、记者可提前1小时20分钟从人民大会堂东门南侧经安检进入采访区。

　　二、委员开始填写选票前，会议主持人宣布：“请新闻记者到指定位置就座”时，记者应听从工作人员引导，尽快进入指定区域。

　　三、记者退场时，摄像机、照相机可放在原地，但需关闭。录音设备不得留在场内。

　　四、委员写票结束后，会议主持人宣布：“现在准备投票”时，工作人员将引导记者到指定区域。

　　五、记者要遵守采访规定，服从工作人员指挥。记者在场内采访请关闭手机，不得随意走动，不得大声喧哗。记者要有秩序地进场和退场以及进入指定区域，并保持安静，不得影响会议正常进行。

Notice

The 4^th Plenary Meeting of the First Session of the 11th CPPCC National Committee will be held at 3 :00 PM on March 13^th, 2008 in the Great Hall of the People (GHP). The main agenda is to elect the CPPCC Leaders. All journalists are welcome and invited to pay attention to the following points in order to keep the meeting running smooth.

1) Please enter the report area in accordance with your press card 90 minutes in advance on passing the security check at the south passage of the East Gate of the GHP.

2) When the Host of the meeting announces «All journalists are invited to go to sit at the designated area » before the CPPCC Members begin to fill in the votes, please follow the staff members, go out of the meeting hall and wait at the designated area. Cameras might be left and must be turned off, but record equipments must be taken outside.

3) When the host announces « the votes begin » after the CPPCC Members fill in the votes, please go into the meeting hall quietly following the staff members.

4) Please respect media coverage rules, keep silent, do not move, neither use mobile phones.
